I was caught speeding in South Carolina and they suspended my license in PA. I eventually paid my speeding ticket. Now I am about to pay my $25 restoration fee but online it is stating that I should have surrendered my license and mailed it to Harrisburg but I never received a letter stating this. Could this be an error? Also how long will it take after I pay the restoration fee to have my driving privileges back? My lease for my car is up in two weeks and I cannot get a car loan without a valid license.

We live in a apartment and our cat was destroying it. She would scratch at the door ways and the window seal looks like it was mauled by a bear. I felt very stupid when I accidentally hit the other vehicle from the front side while backing up in the parking lot. My cat has a weird problem with digging at himself?

My cat is about 5 or 6 and he's digging at himself. He's been doing this since about 3-4 months ago. Back around that time, my people would scratch his back/tailbone and he'd lick the air. Now it's around his shoulder bones and his sides. He's digging at his skin and there's a lot of fur coming out and getting onto his claws. How can I teach my cat to cover her scat?

My cat uses a litter box and she has never urinated or defecated outside of it. However, she doesn't cover her scat. Instead, she'll just scratch the walls of the litter box (for at least five minutes), or paw at the litter and move it around a little. I adopted her from a shelter where she was brought in at a month old, without a mother, and from what I've read, kittens learn from their mothers how to cover their scat. My conclusion at this point is that she never got a chance to learn how to do that, so I would like to teach her. I know, it sounds weird, but sometimes she can really stink up the house after a really big poop, and it would just make life a little easier (and less smelly) if she could learn that. It's really awkward when I have friends over or I'm having a party, and the cat goes and takes a dump without properly covering it.

So i got a kitten from neglected household(smelled like urine, super dirty, fleas, etc) at the time the kitten was weened and ready to be taken so i gave him to my mom. She treats this cat (whos a year now) like a king- house is always super clean, he has all his shots, flea meds, good food, alot of toys, she gives him constant attension and plays with him until hes tired with his cat toys. about 6-7 months he started biting(hard) and scratching not only people that come over but people that live in the house(including my mom). Nothing in the house has changed no new pets, no moved furniture, we have cat toys and cat posts so he has height. Everyone is always gentle with him. my mom has a loving dog who the cat has gotten along with since the day hes came home. he just gets in a mood to attack when he feels like it terrorizing my mom and i feel bad for her lol. When he was young we made sure to keep our toys and hands separate so he didnt attack and confuse the two. There are no animal smells on me when i come over. He seems healthy to me from watching him over time. Is this just a personality or ? Any ideas??

Sun Poisoning questions?

I caught lyme's disease about 3 weeks ago (I'm off the medication as of sunday) and the medication I took said to stay out of the sun. During field day, my hands started to tingle so I went back inside. The tingling went away, but I was severely burned all over arms,face, and especially my hands and knuckles. The burns were so severe on my hands and knuckles that they're still here, although they have been enhanced with further exposure to the sun. Police will not do anything, the only time the police will act is if someone was seriously hurt and it does not sound like anyone was. Normally when this happens you have to sort it out right there and then. The longer it is left the harder it is to sort out. People have bumped me in the car park and I have driven them to a garage got a quote and made them pay it for me. If you go through the insurance it will cost you more in the long run but really you should speak to your insurance company for advice. Like i say i always sort it out by taking the person to the garage and get them to pay the quote or if it is not clear who's fault it is i get the garage to quote both cars and split the bill.

Why Do Guys Only See Me as a Friend?

Ok, so I'm almost eighteen and all my life guys have only seen me as a friend. Up until a couple years ago everyone thought that I was a lesbian. Lila the lesbian was one of the many nicknames I had. I was playing with my neighbors cat. At first the cat was very playful but later on it started biting and scratching. I know the neighbors let it out at night and im not sure if it has been infected by another animal. Does it have rabies?

Why is my cat too scared to go outside unless im with her?

I adopted her when she was about 8 or 10 weeks old from an animal shelter and she is now a year old. I've been allowing her to go outside since I got her, however when she does go into the backyard its only about 10 feet from the door and no farther. Very rarely I see her sneak into the neighbors yard but she stays right by the gate and comes back when I call her. I leave my backdoor open in the mornings and she will just sit on the doorstep but won't go out unless I go with her, and even then she stays close to the door. if I close the door and she is outside she scratches the door and cries until I let her in (I never lock her out, it just happens by accident sometimes). I just find it strange because we always had lots of cats and my mom always took in strays when we were little and all of them would go outside for hours at a time. Does your cat do this? Will prenatal vitamins help with eyebrow growth?

Don't know about those tablets but i do know what eczema is like. I get it very badly a lot. Your eyebrows will grow back if you can stop scratching the area. I use a plain moisturiser and just keep the skin from drying out. I have steroid creams but I don't use them on my face or near my eyes. The moisturiser I use is unperfumed and plain. If you put it on and it burns your skin immediately then rinse it off with warm clean water and try a different type. I don't know where you are so I don't know what products you can get. Sometimes I use the plainest Vaseline intensive care (not extra moisture, just the plain basic one) and find that it helps. Sometimes when i put it on it is fine at first but then it burns a little for five minutes of so, or if anything touches the creamed area. I think this happens just because my skin is so raw from scratching. I'm very bad for stopping the cream when it starts to feel and look better but alas you should continue even when your skin is good because otherwise within a few days it comes back. We had our cat declawed?

We live in a apartment and our cat was destroying it. She would scratch at the door ways and the window seal looks like it was mauled by a bear. After awhile my boyfriend told me we either get her declawed or get rid of her. At first my instinct was,"Omg, I can't lose my baby." But when she was in the vet I started doing research and now I feel absolutely terrible. Of course it was too late. She is a indoor cat so she doesn't need them for protection. But I feel like when she tries to play with me, she gets sad. So I was just wondering, will my cat get bored with her life now? She was soo playful. Schools don't have enough funding to assign an O.T to an individual student. Even good special needs schools are unlikely to have any full time O.T's. I work in a Special Needs School in England with very good funding. We have 4 full-time on-site Speech Therapists and a Physical Sensory Therapist. We have two part-time O.T's for the autistic children and one part time O.T for the physically disabled children. They come in once a term, assess the children, set up a program for the class teaching assistants to follow and leave till next term when they reassess and make any necessary adjustments to the program. The Physical Sensory Therapist is full time and ends up carrying out a lot of the O.T programs as well as running messy play therapy sessions and BEAM. She's always with a child unless she's writing up reports on them but has to deal with the sensory needs of the entire school, so only gets to see each child every other term. Teaching Assistants are usually assigned to classes rather than a specific child (unless within mainstream) but the classes are generally small. Also the pay is rubbish. To be one-on-one with a child in a special needs school, they're likely to have severe medical needs. One-on-one doesn't usually benefit autistic children anyway, as if only working with one person they tend to be unable to generalise and will only follow learnt instructions from their one-on-one. It's better to have a class team of about 3 who rotate between the children to help them generalise.

Well, I'm kinda bored with life tbh. Nothing really excites me anymore. Overall, im happy, a lot more happy then i used to be. And I'm happy with who I am too. The other day I went on a day out with my friend, it should have been fun but I was in a down mood the whole time. I was bored, i felt totally empty. I was all like 'is this it.' I've been feeling, generally, happy and content these past few months, i get on with my parents now, i am more confident, i have lots of good day, i know who my friends are. It was the first time i'd felt like that in a long time. So it kinda scared me. I didn't wanna go downhill from there after everything:/ But now, after -what? three months?- of being happy (sort of) and having nothing particularly bad happen in my life, i'm started to feel empty and bored of life. It's like with everyday I feel empty and bored, I die a little inside (a bit dramatic but that's how i'd describe it). And then I'll have a good day or two, and there I pick up where I left off with the boredom thing. I've started to bruise myself too. I've started getting into fights, simply because I love getting punched, scratched, bitten, i love to vent my anger on others, i love the rush. I completely hide my feelings, i never cry and i'm kind of bitter and sarcastic. Complete opposite of who I was. I feel bored, I'm starting to become kind of evil, I obsess over things, I don't really know who I am or who I want to be, and the bad days are creeping back in. I don't think im particularly ugly, not anymore. I know i can be a good friend, I can make people laugh, I'm smart. But I'm now unpredictable, even I don't know what I'm gonna do next. I appear to have bug bites when i wake yet my wife doesnt ?

Last Friday I was bit by a Mosquito. Not really thinking about it a few days passed and My angles began to itch... with that being said it seems that my hands , elbows , and ankles seem to have several bites on them more and tends to show when i wake! We have no signs of bed bugs and my wife has not been bitten , and i clean 2-3 times a week (vacuuming/ dusting/laundry). We have had a cat adopted now since march.. with front line and hes a indoor cat only so I dont think its fleas either but i could be wrong? ANOTHER bad thing is the HIGH risk of PYOMETRA. do an internet search. THIS you WILL know she has. SHe will be very very sick and could even die before you can get her to a vet. If she does nt. the treatment is massive doses of antibiotic usually oral and iv, hospitalization and immediate spay needed (it is a virulent uterine infection ) that runs rampant thru the system... only now the spay is really life threatening as the cat is sick. some make it, many do not...and $$$$$$ at the vets as well as the suffering... SO I cannot tell you what to do, she is your cat... but I would get another opinion on the spay,. Just make sure they do not hurt one another. Keep the boy in a separate room . My parakeet just lost a friend so i got him a new one but he isn't to friendly, what should I do?

So I had these two parakeets named Zipper and Sailor. They were BEST FRIENDS and inseparable. Then one day they were hanging on a hook in their cage on our outside patio, my dad (who is very tall) walked without seeing it and knocked it off the hook. The cage fell apart and Zipper was molting so he couldn't fly but Sailor got away. We put the cage back together and got Zipper inside, luckily he wasn't injured. A strange bump on my wrist?

Isnt it okay to hit your teen if he was being defiant and this was an act of punishment?

Many spelling and grammatical errors, and it's a bit cheesy, but i think it has potential. Have you ever heard the phrase, "show, don't tell?" it means that you should show your reader what is happening, rather than telling them straight out. for example, instead of saying the sun is shining, you could say warm beams of light hit beat down on my skin. i think that if you would show your reader more things in this story it would be dramatically improved.

Bed, Bugs, and Beyond?

Hello, I have a seveire OCD issue and just happened to notice these little light brown bugs all over my pillow and sheets. My bed is situated right next to the window and I live in a very old house(its turned into an apartment) I keep feeling like there are little creepy crawly things everywhere and I'm afraid my paranoia has me sleeping on the couch and locking the bedroom door. Really bad kitten problems!!?

I've had my kitten for about three months and he's four months now. We let him go ANYWHERE and do anything he wants. He just can't go on top of our one leather set of couches since it's really expensive and my mom doesn't like cats as it is. Turns out, he scratched them very badly. I've tried everything. Catnip on a scratching post works very little, only for a couple of seconds and I've tried so many repellents and they don't work on him. He's a very sweet cat most of the time but he randomly pounces on me and tries to bite me.
