My friend has taken her attention seeking TOO FAR! does she have munchausen's syndrome?

I wouldnt go telling on her just have it out with her. Be kind and sweet about it but tell her you have all had enough of her attention seeking amateur dramatics. Give her a choice - she either packs it in or you end the friendship.
