How To Kill Head Lice?

So i was scratching my head and i found a small not to small bug that was brown with some light stripes and i think its a bed bug but idk if its lice ? My head has been itching for a while about like 2 months already but i never found bugs in it. So w.e type of bug is it how do i kill it ? Can i Use BLEACH ? The Kind That Makes Your Hair Lighter ? Not The Ceaning type of bleach the HAIR bleach ? Will DYING It Work ? PLEASEE I NEED HELP ASAP
