Gta 4 Installing question?

Do you have to use the Daemon Tools, the Razor1911 uncracking proccess, and the Yasu cloaking process and all that other Good stuff when installing a bought copy of Gta 4 for the PC? Also what kind of computer would you need to play It for the PC? My last question is this will Gta 4 for the PC get more scratches than an Xbox copy? Thanks in advance?
