RNG Random Number Generator software with reel?

Where can i find a program that i can run on a web page that runs a (RNG) Im looking for one that has a spinning reel. I want to be able to change it so words can be added i.e Free, 10% & have it linked into the web page so the page knows how to calculate total if 10%, 20% spins up . Not to sure where to start, is it better to build one from scratch...?
