What's with the last term agreement on registration for the movie website: www.letmewatchthis.ch/...?

Well the idea of new movies on demand was to good to be true because when I finally got to the end of registering my account on the website, www.letmewatchthis.ch/ , the last term agreement said; quote: I also surrender my soul.: what the heck dude. Has anyone seen this or even went threw on it. Sounds like a virus. Does anyone know?
