Enquiry is also going on in CWG and the chief of CWG Suresh Kalmadi, who was a veteran congress MP, is now in jail and many others are in the process. The government is in back foot because all these corrupt people were working under congress government and government supported all these people so long. The UP election is ahead. Baba Ramdev has mass support as he is preaching the teachings of Yogi Culture and he was very much successful in his sphere of activity. Initially Government thought to utilize the agitation of Baba Ramdev for two purposes. In one stroke is to undermine the demand of Anna Hazare to form LOKPAL BILL and on the other is to gain over electoral votes of UP. With this intention the government sent four cabinet Ministers in the Delhi Air-Port to meet Baba Ramdev. By the time it is exposed that Baba Ramdev got the support of RSS and BJP. Now the government has given a second thought for Baba Ramdev. It is because the negotiation with Baba Ramdev will harm the minority vote. Thus it becomes a game of politics in the name of reducing corruption.So a mid night crack down to end the agitation.
