Where to sell news paper headliner?

My fiance and I came upon this framed newspaper article about the Unconditional surrender of Germany during WWII, a Few years ago, in OH in some random thrift store It has Adolf Hitler right there in the picture and the word KAPUT in it.. From our research, no other person is trading this article around and in fact, is not being traded period, it is that rare. it is not the whole paper, just the first page. verified authentic and yellowed with age. how do I go about Placing this where it deserves to go?
