My blackberry got a scratch!?

Hi guys, my blackberry recently got a scratch that looks like when you put a little water on the screen, but in lines. They are small, and a microfiber wipe didn't fix the problem. In addition to that, one day I accidently pressed on the screen, and now it looks like scratches in the form of dots in a small area. Please help :( How do I fix this?
