My eyes bulge and they hurt :(?

Why do my eyes(mostly right eye) bulge when im watching tv or playing video games? When it bulges, it hurts.. And i get this itchy sensation in my eye but i try so hard not to scratch or rub it.. And my eyes started squinting like i almost cant see anymore.. I only play like 4hours a day with 20mins break in between hours..
